A. After you submit an annual report, the CUA coordinator will review the information you submitted. If the CUA coordinator has questions about your annual report, they will return the report to you for clarification. You will be notified via email if the report has been returned, and the email will provide a link to the report. At any time, you may view the status of annual reports by selecting the Active Reports page under your username on the top right of the screen. After the CUA coordinator has reviewed and accepted your annual report, you will be notified of report acceptance and will receive an email directing you to pay CUA management fees. Management fees are due 14 days after annual report acceptance.
A: You are required to submit an annual report through this system by February 28 for the previous calendar year operations. This date was adjusted to March 3 for annual reports due for 2024. Monthly reports, if required for your CUA, are due by the 15th of each month for the previous month operations. You also must submit any required activity specific reports and should refer to the regional and park specific CUA conditions for those requirements prior to submitting an application. Notification for due reports will be provided via email. You are responsible for monitoring your email account. At any time, you are also able to go into the Active Reports section (by selecting your name in the upper right corner) to view monthly and/or annual reports that may be due.
A: You can search for services by the service type or by park, by choosing the option from the Opportunities dropdown.
A: The permit can also be printed from the Active CUA Permits section by selecting your name in the upper right corner. Find the Permit and choose Print from the dropdown.
A: There is a discounted fee when you apply for more than one service in one park during the same year.
A: No, each service must be submitted using a separate application, regardless of if it's in the same park or different parks.
A: This means the NPS CUA Coordinator has asked for some revisions or additional information. Check your email for comments on why the application needs additional information. You can also select View Details from the dropdown and read the Coordinator's most recent comments in the application.
